WHAT:    Kamala Harris, joined by elected officials, community leaders, volunteers and other supporters, will hold campaign kick off rally.  The event will feature ethnic cuisine, a Dragon Dance, and a live band.  The rally, at the Women’s Building, will also begin her drive to collect petition signatures to be placed on ballot.
