• Established the Public Integrity Unit to investigate and prosecute official misconduct and betrayals of the public trust.
• Currently prosecuting corruption cases including campaign fundraising violations, bribery and misappropriation of public funds.
• Recovered millions of dollars for San Francisco consumers and tenants.
• Established new units to investigate and prosecute identity theft and on-line fraud.
• Created an Environmental Justice Unit to hold polluters accountable and protect the health of the City's residents.
• Together with prosecutors from more than 30 states, secured $325 million for consumers from AmeriQuest Mortgage.
